The goal of the Principal Revenue Operations is to better align the commercial teams, assets, systems, and processes around a coherent set of company goals to accelerate revenue and impact growth.

As the Principal Revenue Operations, you will work across the operations of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Account Management departments, creating and driving new business initiatives and efficiencies. Further, the role will ensure that the interactions and processes are aligned with the larger company-wide strategy dictated by leadership across the company. The Principal Revenue Operations’ role represents the needs of sales in meetings and cross-functional projects and acts as a liaison for sales with other parts of the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage operational processes such as target setting, forecasting, and budgeting to set new standards for our revenue predictability
  • Partner closely with finance, product, and our revenue teams (Sales Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Account Management) to develop and executive initiatives which optimize our salesforce efficiency and productivity
  • Build the backbone for effective scaling of our HubSpot by providing insights and the strategy to expand in new markets at the right time
  • Oversee the implementation of enabling systems, tools, and processes.

  • You are a highly organized and a highly analytical thinker who has proven success in providing holistic, detailed analyses and delivering effective outcomes
  • You love spending time analyzing data and creating new metrics to increase efficiency and communication across teams
  • You have the people skills to scale small teams and attract and retain talent
  • Creative and process-savvy - you are experienced in choosing effective organizational structures and metrics to enhance collaboration between the teams and their performance
  • You have strong interpersonal communication skills, liaising with all levels of the wider business teams across the organization
