Your challenges

  • As Procurement Assistant, you manage procurement data (spend data – SAP data) and control the procurement processes and databases.
  • You reflect on optimizations and automations of the processes and make suggestions. You manage the information in a database, store the documentation, share it and create a presentation in a predefined template.
  • Furthermore, you support the operational purchasing process and offer support to the wider procurement team.
  • You maintain the supplier information and are our the first point of contact for Finance.
  • Part of the job is the administration on the insurances; liaise with our insurance broker and the various internal departments (sales – HR-…).
  • You report to the Procurement Director.

  • You can work fluently with Excel
  • You have excellent communication skills
  • You are fluent in Dutch & English
