Job content

As the Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for the purchase of IT services including Infrastructure, Telecom, Licensing, Cloud services, etc.
You will define together with the IT department, the annual purchase plan for the recurring services as well as for the new projects.
You will set up the criteria for approval of suppliers in the different areas of need and develop a network for potential suppliers in the future.
You will be responsible for the evaluation of the quality, delivery, cost and service objectives of the suppliers.
You will negotiate new agreements and existing ones.
Additionally, you will also manage the contracts for suppliers of other departments like HR, Facility, Marketing,…
You will set up procedures and keep them up to date.

You have a Higher Degree (Business Administration, Economics,…).
You have at least 5 years of experience in IT Purchasing area.
You are fluently in English, Dutch and French.
You have excellent negotiation skills on all level
You are able to specify correctly business needs and draw up contracts, including. procedures, analysis and indicators.
You have a customer oriented attitude
