For our Industrial Automation division, we are looking for a Product Manager Drives & Drive Systems (M/W) who works for the region of Belgium & Netherlands, and will be based in Ukkel,Belgium. In this role you will be reporting to the Marketing Manager Industry Belgium & NetherlandsYour meaningful purposeOne of the most important pillars of our strategy is to develop our Drives & Drive Systems solutions business that addresses the needs and requirements of end-customers and associated OEM-customers. The solutions under responsibility of the Offer Marketeer Drives & Drive Systems can be found in all layers of the EcoStruxure architecture but have a strong link to software solutions in its upper layer.Drives & Drive Systems and its associated software solutions, as a guarantee for its differentiating capabilities, has a direct link to our strategy. This is where your role starts! You will substantiate the realizations of this strategic pillar, make the difference and strategically position Schneider Electric in the strategic industry segments.Your primary goal will be to manage the entire Drives & Drive Systems portfolio for the mentioned markets in Belgium and Netherlands; and will support and initiate business development activities.Your Daily Task And Responsibilities Will Include- You will manage for the entire Marketing Mix around the Drives & Drive Systems portfolio;
- You will drive and develop multi-year and annual strategic and tactical plans to realize sustainable growth for the Drives & Drive Systems portfolio;
- You will develop positioned and differentiating Drives & Drive Systems propositions each of the Go-to-Markets;
- You will prepare and implement product launches and corresponding updates in close cooperation with sales and partners and all other stakeholders;
- You will initiate and coordinate of promotional activities;
- You will closely collaborate with internal colleagues and external experts for the specific applications of our end-customers.
- You will maintain regular contact with customers, to collect market intelligence on the basis of which targeted markets will be mapped and analyzed;
- You will work together with: The Business Development, Sales, pre-Sales and Pricing departments in such a way that the Drives & Drive Systems portfolio under your responsibility will be positioned competitively for maximized growth and through that add value to Schneider Electric’s customers;
- You will work together with: Offer Marketeers, the Segment Marketeers, the Marketing Communications department as well as with the relevant Channel Marketeers to contribute to the development of value propositions and solutions for our end-customers and OEM’s;
- You will physically attend several meetings (e.g. periodic Sales Meetings, annual strategic planning meetings and other);
- You keep up to date on all developments relevant to your role, and in appropriate cases you will make an on-site appointment elsewhere in Europe in case it is needed for the commercial success.
- You have a proven experience (5 to 10 year) in commercial and/or marketing role in the area of Industrial Automation;

- You are a natural problem solver,You love to take ownership and you consider yourself an entrepreneur;
- You possess a competitive mindset with excellent interpersonal skills;
- You are confident making presentation in front of a group and motivating a group
- You can work in a versatile environment;
- You are fluent in English and Dutch. A good command of French or the will to improve this language is an asset.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, SAP and salesforce;
- Ideally, you graduated with a degree Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or an equivalent field of study.
- You currently reside in Belgium or the Netherlands and possess an excellent understanding of the local market.
