DESCRIPTION


One of the objectives of the AXA group is to develop « Wealth Management » services.

Architas will target the affluent customer segment in collaboration with various group entities in Belgium and abroad and through the brokers network in Belgium .

Architas is positioned as a wealth manager but offers also investment services to large financial institutions such as AXA Bank and AXA Insurance.

As a member of the investment team the ICRM will be the key contact for all institutional clients of Architas. As such he will organize investment committees, write minutes and coordinate all questions these clients might have.

Liaising the different teams to create a successful service for our clients is key. A hands-on mentality and good communicating skills will be crucial to succeed in this task.

He will also be crucial in all communications of Architas while we are looking for a good copy writer with a passion for financial markets.

He has a key role in organising digital and live events. Setting up locations, invitations, follow up, …

KEY ACTIVITIES & RESPONSABILITIES

1. Product Specialist

 Set up meetings and follow up on questions
 Moderating different meetings and investment committees
 Writing minutes
 Liaising with different teams in Brussels, London, Paris and Dublin to service our institutional clients
 Building slide decks for the different meetings and investment committees

2. Communication

 Monitoring of reporting
 Support reporting and the marketing team by checking translations and writing in Dutch
 Providing the necessary information
 Copy writing activities on all domains
 Organising events for internal and external partners in collaboration with the marketing and communication manager


QUALIFICATIONS


REQUIRED EDUCATION

Master or bachelor’s degree in economics or related. Experience is a plus.

Profile

 Perfect in Dutch
 Good knowledge of English and French
