Position Summary

On your role as a Technical Support, you will become an expert in one of our product lines.

You will support our Sales Engineers and Clients when it comes to your assigned product line.

You will also be an internal trainer for your colleagues, and you will be assisting with new product launches by providing trainings materials, knowledge sharing and customer trainings. This position is based in the HQ in Mechelen.

What will be your responsibilities?
  • Supporting the Clients and Sales Engineers via email, phone, video or face-to-face regarding your assigned product line
  • Trainings your colleagues and clients
  • Taking care of technical documentation/ translation.
Profiel

What do we require?
  • Interest in Technology and Technical products; an on the job training will be provided!
  • Fluency in a common spoken European language + high level of English
The requested languages are Dutch, French, German, Romanian, Hungarian, Slovak, Slovenian, Czech, Polish and/or Italian.
  • Good problem solving and communication skills
  • A technical education or experience is a plus but no must at all!
  • A first experience supporting clients with technical products is a plus
  • As you will be traveling towards your clients a drivers licence is required!
