Our client is a company in fast moving consumer goods growing a new business line in biotechnology. For their future development plans, we are looking for a Production Leader.
Reporting to the Plant Leader, the Production Leader will have the following responsibilities:
Managing the production in line with the objectives from headquarters
Liaising with the right business partners in order to understand the production capacity and scheme
Making sure the right suppliers are contacted in order to ensure the raw materials needed for production
Planning the production capacity with the right manpower
The ideal candidate for the position of Production Leader holds a Master’s in engineering, a couple of years of experience in biotech, healthcare, packaging or chemicals is a must. Candidate who has experience in production (at least 10 years)experience will be selected. Fluency in Dutch and English is needed.
