To strengthen the team, we’re looking for a (m/f):

Production Manager

Our production manager will be involved in the development of manufacturing strategy in the initial context of design transfer. The production manager will be part of a manufacturing team, manage the overall manufacturing chain and involved external suppliers. He will also oversee production processes validation, to prepare for clinical study. The production manager is part of an experienced team and report to the COO.

Your main responsibilities are as follows:

  • You are overseeing all manufacturing activities to support V&V, clinical study(ies) and future production. You also work in collaboration with financial department for budget planning and control regarding manufacturing activities.
  • You develop the manufacturing plan including different manufacturing scenarios: in-house, full outsourcing and mixed strategy (investment, resources, manufacturing flowchart, associated cost of goods, analysis of critical suppliers/components & alternative)
  • You oversee all quality aspects related to manufacturing activities and oversee processes validation and implementation of manufacturing documentation in collaboration with the Quality Department. You support the Quality Department for internal and external production related audits
  • You collaborate with the R&D Department to ensure a smooth and efficient design transfer
  • You oversee developing a yielded cost model and identify yield points of improvement and trends
