  • You will be responsible for the roll-out of our productivity program based on Lean and Six Sigma methodologies throughout our Benelux & France organization by providing support to main Value Streams (PAG Operations, Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Finance, HR Department and Logistics).
  • You will be the lead in identifying new projects with the different teams, and to define the schedule and milestones to get them executed on time, by initiating regular regularly brainstorming sessions.
  • In order to improve our internal processes, you will also be responsible to schedule several Lean Events with main process owners each year, to lead their implementation and to ensure regular follow-up by means of the agreed action plans.
  • You will provide necessary input to the organization to prepare the budget plan for the following year.
  • You will be located in Belgium and will report to the Supply Chain and Productivity Director

  • Primary Responsibilities of Position / Roles
  • You lead the Lean & Six Sigma program for all Value Streams except Bulk Operations, with the aim to meet the yearly Budget Plan for these Value Streams.
  • You organize regular brainstorming sessions for each Value Stream in order to have a continuous funnel of projects.
  • You ensure monthly follow-up of any identified projects to make sure they reach the defined milestones and will bring their contribution to the Productivity Budget Plan.
  • You are responsible for the Project leaders either in the execution of their project or by bringing your expertise to define the right savings calculation in full respect of our "Productivity Savings Guidelines". together with our Cost Reduction Manager (Bulk Operations), you coordinate the monthly reporting which complies with our Financial Guidelines, by updating each project monthly in our reporting tool.
  • You submit every high value project to the approval of Productivity Director and Financial Director.
  • You ensure the report of any Productivity Capex in coordination with our Finance department and our Cost Reduction Manager.
  • Yearly, with support of the Business team, you establish the program for Productivity events (Lean Events, Innovation session, Sprint Design…). You lead these events and ensure their follow-up by releasing clear action plans.
  • You promote the Productivity within our organization and identify people to be trained as Lean Practitioners or Green Belts for any training organized at European level.

  • You have a Technical degree with 5 years of experience in a technical position or in a Productivity within industrial environment and with successful results
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English. French language would be a plus
  • Potentially you get certified as Green Belt or Black Belt. A Green or Black Belt certificate is a plus.
