Job Description:

Managing and leading the project team.

Recruiting project staff and consultants. Managing resource on-boarding.

Managing co-ordination of all the stakeholders. Developing and maintaining a detailed project plan. Managing and controlling project deliverables in line with the project plan.

Managing project issues and escalating where necessary. Resolving cross-functional issues at project level. Monitoring project progress and performance.

Providing status reports to the project stakeholders. Liaises with different teams and update progress to HCL senior management.

Creating and maintaining project schedules for projects. Capturing and refining requirements Translating requirements into a project schedule and plan/approach Reporting on weekly and ad-hoc basis on project status Creating and maintaining the project budgets in line with standards Chasing assigned resources to complete their tasks when assigned Maintaining standard project management documentation Chairing project meetings and taking minutes at these meetings

(1.) To be responsible for managing the team and enabling skill upgradation.

(2.) To stay updated about industry trends and technology innovations

(3.) To be responsible for the solution pertaining to Technical Infrastructure being implemented for a customer and its acceptance

(4.) To be responsible for understanding customer requirements and create infrastructure solutions and integrated architecture.
