Description

Depending on your preferences and expertise, our client offers you a position as a Case Manager (either in production or in claims). Your tasks will include:
  • The management of insurance contracts in close collaboration with the sales network;
  • You will ensure the follow-up of established insurance contracts; sending reminders on the expiry date, issuing certificates, checking special conditions, etc;
  • You will identify and analyse the essential characteristics of the risk to be insured;
  • If necessary, you will propose an alternative solution adapted to the policyholder’s declarations through the customer advisor;
  • Depending on your level of expertise, you will provide advice on more complex cases;
  • You are responsible for the complete management of claims;
  • You are the point of contact between the clients and the experts;
  • You are the point of contact between clients and adjusters; You are in contact with the different people involved: lawyers, adjusters, ... ;
  • You have a permanent contact with the clients.

Profile

  • You have obtained a bachelor’s degree, regardless of the direction;
  • You are looking for a first professional experience;
  • You are looking for a first professional experience; You are interested in the stable and growing insurance sector and you would like to work in this sector;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch or French (a good knowledge of the other national language is an asset);
  • You are customer-oriented, enjoy social contact and taking initiatives.
