Mission Description

Migration of users to Windows 10 and Office 365
The project is in its deployment phase(all the infra setup is done) and involve a lot of parties (IT PRoduction Teams, IT Digital, IT Security, Facilities & Logistics, sites responsibles, external suppliers)
There is a lot of coordination to be done between these parties and with the end users to make sure that each migration is a success.
In addition some support has to be coordinated when end users have issues or for more structural issues.

Specifics:

He/she must be able to do hands-on work (not only reporting / coordination)
He/she must be autonomous
He/she must have experience to work in a complex, dynamic and international environment; having the ability of taking responsibilities and challenge internal contacts (technical and/or business) as well as external provider (occasionally more than one in the same project) involved in key projects.
He/she must be stress-resistant, pro-active and capable of clear reporting and communicate to IT and Business player and mgmt.
Project mgmt certification (Prince 2) and ITIL v3 certification are requested, additional certifications will be appreciated too.

He/she should ensure to:

  • Maintain technical documentation and procedure on technological infrastructure and services under control of the client.
  • Help to maintain infrastructure and service assets (CMDB and Abacus)
  • Provide regular reporting on project status/risks/issues/milestones for different levels (Ops / Managers / Executives)
