Your responsibilities:

You provide project control support to project managers to successfully plan and execute assigned projects;
You are part of an on-shore project team. This could be at our headquarters in Belgium as well as on project locations across the world;
You liaise and work with the internal supporting departments to implement the project administrative requirements;
You develop and update project management documentation with the focus on project controls;
You will monitor the performance of the PMS-content on live projects, where you will make suggestions to improve the efficiency & effectiveness;
You follow up the project on a daily base and report to the project manager and to the central Project Management Office (cPMO).

Your profile:

You hold a BSc or a MSc Degree in a relevant discipline;
You have a keen interest in the scheduling, contract administration, quantity surveying, budgeting and/or execution of civil & offshore works;
You have solid analytical and organizational skills, together with strong written and oral communication abilities (ENG/NL);
You have an analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude;
You can handle stress and deliver qualitative output against a given and strict deadline;
You are a team player with a focus a client/stakeholder management;
Experience with developing project schedules (Primavera P6) is a plus;
Experience with setting up Document Management System (Aconex, Ineight, ThinkProject,...) is a plus;
Experience in consolidating multiple data sources and making reports/dashboards is a plus.
