We are looking for a talented and motivated Project Management Officer!

Your responsibilities*

• You will report to the VP of Finance and Operations.
• As Project Management Officer, you will be responsible for managing and executing a number of business transformation projects. You will be the point of contact for managers, stakeholders and consultants for all organizational, administrative, contractual, and financial questions related to these projects.
• The business transformation projects will cover a broad range of IT, HR, Financial, Compliance and Legal projects.
• You play an essential role during the initial planning stages for any project. You will create structured schedules and project plans based on the project goals. During this planning process, you will develop and communicate clear and actionable deliverables or activities to be completed.
• You will guard the execution of the different projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for tracking deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process.
• You may be managing multiple projects for the organization at any given time, each with varying priority, timelines, and resource requirements. Given the broad scope of working with colleagues from different departments and across multiple projects, you are responsible for balancing projects and communicating priorities internally.
• Additionally, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all the activities related to the compliance domains (particularly on IT security within the framework of our ISO 27001 certification).
• You will review the implemented policies regularly and proactively raise compliance requirements awareness.

The ideal candidate...*

• holds a masters degree in Economics / Commercial Sciences or Commercial Engineering or equivalent.
• has at least 3 years of working experience. Experience in a “big 4” environment is considered a plus.
• has experience in team coordination and management.
• has excellent communication skills in English as well as in Dutch.
• has profound organizational and collaboration skills.
• has a good knowledge of MS Office and a flexible mindset to work with other IT tools.
• is apositive, self-starter, can-do, results-driven attitude.
• has adesire to work in a start-up / scale-up environment.
• has advanced autonomy and a sense of responsibility.
• has a hands-on mentality.
