Your Profile:
  • You have strong initiative, project management expertise, and collaborative spirit to lead high visibility projects.
  • You are courageous, creative, and capable of solving complex problems.
  • You are highly proficient in Excel and other MS Office software
  • You are fluent in English (TME Business Language)
  • You are willing to work in a hybrid environment (office/home)
  • You are willing to travel (20%)

Your team and your responsibilities:
Our Team: Services and Alliance Project Management
Our Essence: Lead and facilitate Value Chain cross-functional end-to-end activities to deliver the project on target through milestone management and business owner accountability

Your Responsibilities:
  • Act as the central Value Chain (Service Parts, Accessories and Technical Support) Project Management coordinator for transformational project(s).
  • Ensure that all business deliverables are identified and accounted for in the Master Schedule with clear responsibility and due dates.
  • Conduct regular tracking and reporting of project completion status, project related risks/issues and scope changes that can arise during implementation.
Key Tasks:
  • Identify the roles of project team members and optimal governance structure.
  • Create and align project master schedules
  • Organize and lead regular stakeholder meetings to coordinate on-time launch across all relevant master schedule milestones.
  • Maintain an open-issue list to appropriately monitor critical issues and progress of them.
  • Follow up with stakeholders to confirm action plans and countermeasures in case of issues.
  • Report concretely and constructively overall project status to top management
