JOB SUMMARY

The 3D Systems site in Leuven, Belgium, is expanding rapidly and needs an experienced Project Manager as part of a Project Management Office (PMO). Manage large/complex projects that need coordination between different AIG expert teams and 3DS business units, to build and deliver the best customer experience to companies who desire to acquire our products and services through global solutions, getting most out of our technology. PMO also delivers 3DS internal tools and project management support.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Technical project management throughout life of project, including regular reporting to leadership and stakeholders
• Ensure seamless interaction between customers and 3D Systems teams
• Support knowledge & technology transfer from 3D Systems to customer facility
• Definition of Statement of Work for joint projects with 3D Systems’ customers
• Support the account manager, salesperson, or business development manager to land accounts and close deals
• Ensure on time execution of the project, within scope and budget
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Coordinate internal & external resources and third-party vendors
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Coordination of customer training programs in 3D Systems facilities
• Create and maintain the comprehensive project and program documentation
• Contribution to business processes development for profitability and growth

PROFILE

• Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the field of project management
• Experience with Additive Manufacturing is a plus
• Experience in a complex industrial environment such as aerospace, energy, healthcare is a plus
• Master’s degree in engineering or science; and/or equivalent through experience
• Professional attitude with excellent communication skills
• MS Office package professional user
• Smartsheet or MS Project experience is a plus
• Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time for trade shows, customer meetings and trainings
• Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken
• PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus
