  • Define the project detail scope & needs together with the internal or external customer.
  • Develop project planning in cooperation with the involved departments.
  • You are responsible for the execution of the complete project according to the agreed plan, while respecting the budget & specification.
  • You coordinate and communicate clearly what needs to be done with the (multi-functional) project team.
  • You actively look to solve problems as they arise and you identify potential issues or risks in order to prevent them.
  • Problems that cannot be solved within reasonable time are escalated to the responsible manager.
  • You prepare regular status report presentations.
  • You report directly to the Head of PMO.
