  • Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes.
  • Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagrams, state diagrams, entity relationship models, interaction diagrams etc.).
  • Good knowledge of project and portfolio management standards and methodologies (Project Scheduling, Strategic Planning, Financial Modelling, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Performance Tracking).
  • Good knowledge of Agile methodology, Scrum Management, Lean agile
  • Meeting Facilitation
  • Good knowledge of project management tools e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Excel.
CERTIFICATIONS & STANDARDS:
  • Project and Portfolio Management, for example PM2/PRINCE2/PMP
  • Service Management, for example ITIL Certification
