About The Role

Are you looking to expand your expertise in project management and to develop a project team in a growing Manufacturing Production Unit (MPU)? If so, this Project Manager role could be an ideal opportunity to explore.

As Project Manager Lead you will work as the manager of the project manager team (including 2 exempt, one white collar and contract services) and as a project manager able to manage project up to 2 million € within the MPU in accordance with expected deliverables (quality, asafety, finance, timing).

You will also responsible for the design, development, and implementation of construction project.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, develop your management skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Management of the project team: manage the workload, skills development and project priorities
• Management of project up to 2 million € from feasibility study to qualification activities. Identify the needs for change across the current end-to-end process, seeking to simplify and enhance customer experience.
• Communicating a clear vision to stakeholders, planning and prioritizing key objectives for the business.
• Gain deep insight into business and customer needs, benchmarking GSK verses the competition.

Basic Qualifications

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of project management experience (Manager to specify appropriate experience
• Demonstrated people management.
• Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement experience.
• Experience managing vendor relations.
  

Preferred Qualifications

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• Experience analyzing customer metrics, drawing insights and proposing appropriate action.
• Understand automation tools and looks to automate processes wherever possible.
• Ability to lead the development of new solutions to meet changing expectations.
• A first experience in a maintenance role
