BIM was the first company in the world to implement a fully operational Electronic Cargo Tracking Note (ECTN) application that allows forwarders from all over the world to exchange information about shipments with the respective authorities.

In this regard, we have developed a user-friendly and progressive online ECTN platform that is constantly evolving to meet the ever-changing needs of the industry and our customers (the shippers councils).

As part of its further development, BIM e-Solutions has recently launched a new project called "Spinnaker". Project Spinnaker is an advanced "deep dive" into the ECTN process and its data. It is a collaboration between BIM e-Solutions and our IT partner Bagaar. Together we research and identify opportunities and insights to not only improve our services, but also to connect and engage stakeholders. Furthermore, this project aims to increase the integrity of ECTN data.

BIM e-Solutions has offices in Luxembourg (LUX) and Antwerp (BE). The company consists of a small team of passionate individuals who all have a role adapted to their own talents and interests. The team members complement each other and value teamwork and initiative. BIM e-Solutions has a modern structure in which each role has its own responsibilities.

Profil

To further complement the BIM e-Solutions team, we are looking for a flexible and driven project manager with commercial experience.

You are very good at starting, following up and evaluating a project or a customer relationship from A to Z.Your CV and attitude prove this. A difficult question from the customer or a crisis situation? That does not knock you out of your stride. On the contrary, it motivates you to look for the ideal, feasible solution for the client, taking into account the values and objectives of BIM e-Solutions. Moreover, your project management skills play an important role in our ambitious Project Spinnaker.

Since our customers and prospects are located in Africa, it is necessary to travel there from time to time.Leaving tomorrow on a last-minute business trip? That’s fine by you.


A good knowledge of the French and English languages (both written and spoken)is a must for this position. This way, you can communicate smoothly with customers and prospects. Team meetings will also always be held in English.

We are a small but dedicated team with a clear role structure and we believe in a can-do mentality (you are not afraid to get your hands dirty, because we all do). Based on your talents and interests, your initiative to take on other tasks within the company is encouraged.
