Your role

In the role of Project Manager, you will plan for and ensure quality and timeliness of activities related to design, build and implementation of work product. You will participate in requirements elicitation, analysis of architecture, create and review design and contribute to activities related to estimation, staffing analysis & solutioning and risk planning. You will act as a mentor and support the project team in developing optimized high quality deliverables. Required
  • Diversified experience in driving vision across Project/Program Management, Service Delivery, Pre-sales, Transitions and Business, Digital Transformation across Projects and Operations
  • Experience in identification of potential business opportunities & track record of converting business opportunities to Projects realization.
  • Knowledge & Experience in end-to-end Bid Process – Request For Proposal (RFP) initiation, participation, RFP Workshops, Project Proposal/Response Anchoring, Orals, Commercial discussions and closure of RFP.
  • Experienced Anchor in defining & implementing a structured way of managing pre-sales opportunities and Strategic Large deals involving client meetings.
  • Should have experience in Automation and Digital Transformation by leading the transformation of projects and operations through latest technologies using Cloud and Artificial Intelligence
  • Understands end to end business/functional processes to translate business requirements to system requirements and perform impact analysis of changes in requirements
  • Should have experience in leading large teams, planning and managing large projects/programs aligning business goals with technology solutions to drive process improvements, competitive advantage and bottom-line gains
  • Should be tactful in driving project/delivery vision & championing advanced process initiatives; with professional excellence in heading project/program lifecycle management functions based on Onshore/Offshore model, including project planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, scope to activity sequencing, cost estimation, risk management till delivery as per the quality and time norms.
  • Knows standard architectural principles, models, patterns and perspectives or Business Process Management to provide inputs for architecture specifications and design guidelines
  • Should be experienced in Agile SCRUM, iterative, Waterfall project execution methods with exposure to onsite-offshore working model.
  • Should have skills on MS Excel, MPP, Word and Power point.
  • Fluent Dutch and English speaking
  • Knowledge of Production Planning, Quality, Logistics, Supply chain domain preferred.
