Project Treasury Manager - Brussels

Robert Half Talent Solutions is currently looking for aProject Treasury Manager for a permanent position based in Brussels.

Our client is a fast growing company active in the IT sector.

AsProject Treasury Manager you will be responsible for:

• Lead and support cross-functional projects;
• Strongly contribute to the improvement of the tools (Diapason, Refinitiv, FXAll, BFC, PowerBI, SWIFT…), processes and governance of the group’s Treasury organization;
• Ensure the consistency of Treasury procedures for the entire group: cash pooling, hedging of exchange & interest rate risks;
• Ensure compliance with regulatory (EMIR, FATCA, SWIFT…) and Internal Control requirements;
• Closely follow market evolutions (interest rates, FX rates, financing conditions, cash management products, payment methods…) and proposes appropriate actions;
• Optimize and automate the Treasury/Cash Controlling reporting;
• Define and implement follow-up regarding Treasury KPIs;
• Monitor the Group’s foreign exchange/interest exposure and propose appropriate hedging strategies;
• Support in optimizing the Group’s cash flow forecasts process in close collaboration with local teams;
• Track and optimize banking fees throughout the Group;
• Actively participate in the monthly closing process;
• Financial analyses according to the needs of the service.

The required profile for the Project Treasury Manager position:

• Master degree with specialization in Finance/Treasury;
• You have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar function;
• Bilingual French / English;
• You have a proven track record in managing Treasury projects;
• You have a structured work approach and expert knowledge in process optimization;
• You have a strong affinity with IT and are an expert in Treasury/Controlling/Reporting tools;
• Excellent networker, you are able to build a relationship of trust with your internal and external stakeholders at local and international level;
• You have strong communication skills and are fully comfortable with presenting complex topics to Senior Management;
• You are organized, results-oriented and stress-resistant.
