We’re the worldwide leading supplier of quality replacement parts, safety equipment, and accessories for the material handling and industrial equipment industry and we’re growing our Finance team!As a Finance trainee…Through the finance trainee program of 2 years in our global and transforming finance organization you will get a taste of finance in its different aspects. You will work project based and will be rotating every 6 months, so you get a chance to build a good understanding of the finance organization at TVH.You will have the opportunity to develop following knowledge and skills:
  • Knowledge of the different finance processes in the accounting, controlling, tax and/or consolidation team
  • Project and change management skills: actively participate or lead and deliver assigned projects
  • Operational experience in different finance teams
  • Strengthen your communication skills when dealing with internal and external key stakeholders
  • Develop a good understanding of our systems
  • This is a unique opportunity to take on responsibility and make an impact as a young graduate
ProfileStrong academic record, including a degree in finance, economics, (commercial) engineering
  • You are a self-starter and someone who can work independently without close supervision
  • You are a team player and are able to build relationships
  • You are open-minded and enthusiastic about change
  • You are fluent in English and Dutch
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • You are willing to travel
Must have strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, PowerpointWorking @TVH
