  • For end-user documentation
  • Technical documentation for Support Staff
  • Knowledge Articles in existing knowledge base
  • Act as an editor for existing documentation + updating content where needed
  • Collecting information cross teams to collect/verify content
  • Publishing documents in various formats: PDF, HTML
  • Interlinking related documentation.

Requirements:

  • Required Security Clearance: NATO Secret
  • Fluent communication skills in English (speaking, writing)
  • Knowledge terminology and processes in ICT
  • Explaining complex matters in simple concepts allowing nonnative English speakers to understand.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office products (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • HTML5/CSS knowledge
  • Copywriting / Editing
