Your Mission
Dive into the world of charities and sponsorship and help companies to work in a more efficient way to have a bigger positive impact on society.
- Provide support to customers from different countries and manage multiple projects concurrently
- Become an expert in the Optimy tool, its adoption and implementation, including its challenges and processes
- Facilitate the development of functional/technical specifications to meet customer’s requirements during the implementation
- Be a friendly professional advisor, and know when to suggest best practices, how to defuse problems and always address our customers’ issues in a timely manner
- Advocate extended usage, by explaining the value of new features and services to existing customers
Your Profile
- You already have 2 years of experience in a similar position (Account management, Customer support, Business development)
- You are fluent in Frenchand English
- You are able to work independently and have the drive to cultivate business relationships over the phone and by email
- You have a natural inclination to resolve customer problems and help them be highly successful
- You have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals in previous roles
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and high-volume of work with a positive attitude
- Experience in SaaS environment is a plus
- You have an EU citizenship or a valid Belgian work permit
