Which makes them one of the largest printing companies in the world with well-known top clients such as Studio100, LaRousse and Casterman.To strengthen the commercial team in Antwerp, they are looking for an Account Manager for the France and Belgium markets.

Job Description

  • Youwill be responsiblefor monitoring the needs of an assignedcustomer portfolio throughout the productionprocess.
  • You will actively participate at trade fairs and roadshows.
  • Customer visits remain an important part of your duties.
  • You will make calculations for your customers, review post-calculations and prepare cooperation.
  • You advise your customers and also provide technical support.
  • You assist your customers with all their questions, comments and possible complaints.
  • You validate the product with or without the customer.
  • You check the quality of your products via test prints throughout the production process and adjust the process if necessary.
  • You mediate between customers, the production department and suppliers to promote cooperation between all parties.
  • You report directly to the management.
  • Annual visits to production sites in Asia

The Successful Applicant

  • You enjoyed a higher education, preferably in a commercial field.
  • Fluent in French and English
  • You have strong communication and commercial skills, both oral and written.
  • You have an eye for detail.
  • You are flexible and service-oriented.
  • You are stress-resistant and can cope with deadlines.
  • A first work experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
