Job Summary

Medpace Labs is een centraal labo ter ondersteuning klinische studies pharmaceutische industrie. Wij zijn gevestigd industriepark Heverlee en zoeken enthousiaste medewerker ter ondersteuning van project management team. Onze hoofdzetel bevindt zich in Cincinnati, Ohio en wereldwijd zijn we actief in meer dan 40 landen. Administratieve taken omvatten ingeven en bijhouden database, e-mails versturen, printen handleidingen, telefoon hanteren, opmaken dossiers, klassement.

Responsibilities

Concreet betekent dit dat we het volgende van jou verwachten:
  • Je verzorgt het databeheer
  • Je geeft organisatorische/administratieve ondersteuning in de uitvoering van onze diverse projecten
  • Je hebt contacten met diverse stakeholders
  • Verder voer je allerhande administratieve taken
  • Je bent detail-minded
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld
Qualifications
  • Je beschikt minstens over een diploma hoger secundair onderwijs.
  • Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, een zeer goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je bent computervaardig en vertrouwd met MS Office.
