The client’s application manages millions of authorizations for the use of thousands of (cloud) applications, systems, servers, etc... for tens of thousands of employees.
They ensure that the employee can log in quickly and securely to his/her laptop via Mobilepass+ or Gemalto token, that he/she can start up and run the applications seamlessly with the correct access rights.
Moreover, through extra user id’s and session management they offer a secure solution to be active as an administrator on servers or workstations.
Finally, they are active in password management: manage your personal passwords safely using Lastpass or Keepass. For privileged accounts, they offer professional solutions via CyberArk.

As application support engineer you are responsible for

  • servicing & supporting internal customers ( personnel in Belgium and other countries like BU, CZ, IE, HU, SK, ...) with regard of:
  • authorization & access management (userids, identities, user rights, roles, ...)
  • 2factor authentication (Gemalto token and Mobilepass+ app)
  • Shared accounts, machine accounts, robot accounts, privileged accounts with CyberArk
  • Active Directory based security & provisioning
  • Reverse provisioning of multiple target systems
  • Recertification of authorisations, userids
  • Mutation, migrations and reorganisations of personnel with regard of their access rights
  • Deliver management reporting information
  • Participate in transformation projects in Identity & Access Management domain

Requirements

Needed Qualifications :

You are eager to learn new things quickly. You are bright, proactive and above all customer- oriented.
You are prepared to take on responsibility to ensure that everything runs smoothly in Identity & Access environment.
You’re fluent in English during the daily scrums with a team of Indian system administrators.
You can also communicate fluently with analysts, security architect, product owner, product manager and scrum master to make your view clear.
