Requirements
Higher education (Master or Bachelor) with technical/engineering background or equivalent through experience.
Candidate has a master’s degree in Architect or Structural Engineer- Architec
Demonstrated experience as a Project Engineer in a similar environment
Demonstrated experience with design and coordination of similar projects
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Specific Skills

Demonstrable basic knowledge of SAP as an end user is a plus
Demonstrable experience in developing real estate projects, large construction and/or renovation projects
Demonstrated experience with MS Office
Demonstrable experience with MS-Project, specifically with regard to drawing up project planning is a plus
Demonstrable knowledge of Autocad version 2016 or higher is a plus

Knowledge of GRO (sustainability meter of the Flemish government) is a plus

Knowledge of public procurement procedure is a plus

Demonstrable experience in construction and/or renovation projects within the public sector is a plus
