What is your mission?

  • You support the Marketing and Packaging Department by coordinating all packaging artwork design.
  • You follow up the entire process from change request until approval, and highlight potential bottlenecks to the Marketing Manager
  • You compile the related change files for the IFUs (Instructions for Use), the boxes and labels.
  • Additional supportive tasks can be added, based on business priorities

Who are you?

  • You preferably have a Bachelor in Office Management or equal in experience
  • Starters are welcome!
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint).
  • You are a born organizer: you work in a structured and accurate manner
  • You are a good communicator
  • Enthusiastic and motivated
  • A good command of English and Dutch is required
  • You are quickly available
