About the role
Provide logistic and administrative support to a group lead and her team and proactively contribute in preparing, processing, following up and ending activities in order to facilitate and optimize the category department achievements.
Main responsibilities
  • Take a central role in the logistic and administrative tasks of the hospital department for medical, customer facing colleagues and marketing. Provide logistic support to entire team.
  • Follow up all administrative procedures through Pfizer’s internal systems (contracts, purchase orders, suppliers, e-payments,…)
  • Follow up of promotional materials process in support of CBLs (product managers): contact with Staci
  • Work in close cooperation with the legal team for a final review to be 100% compliance with all Pfizer compliance policies and procedures.
  • Play a central role in enabling teamwork and collaborative/inclusive culture within the team
  • Congress and corporate sponsorship organization
About you
  • Education: Graduate in Office Management or equivalent experience in the field of administration, secretarial work or office management
  • Experience: first well-founded years of relevant experience (all-round administration support: travel, meetings, budget, ….)
  • Language skills: Dutch (C2) & English and French (C1)
  • Computer literate
  • Skills:
  • You can work autonomously and have an eye for details
  • You have a service-minded attitude, good organizational skills (multitasking) and like to take initiatives.
  • You have a positive mind-set, you are a team player and have a flexible working attitude.
