As part of its sustained growth, Gaming1 is looking for a "Trader Paris Sportifs" to join its Betting team.

You will join a dynamic team where you will carry out the day-to-day operational tasks necessary for the proper management of one or several national or international sports betting websites. You will also take part in the research and development of new features in the product, including by testing them and making reports about these tests.

YOUR ROLE
  • Selecting and uploading the leagues/events/markets to be offered according to local interest and legislation
  • Configure templates and define the associated margins on the various providers/streams - Under the supervision of the Content Officer
  • To ensure a benchmark of the competitive offers (in terms of content) and thus constantly adapt that of our different sites
  • To ensure the quality of the content offered, you will monitor the online offer and ensure that it is constantly available
  • You monitor the changes and adaptations of the quotes by the suppliers and make sure that there is no latency in the update
  • To avoid any financial risk linked to the content, you are responsible for anticipating any risk via a risk management approach thanks to the data at your disposal.
  • You continuously analyze player behavior and take action to warn, restrict or even claw back money from certain players if necessary, and if legislation allows and their behavior is considered risky.
  • You will ensure an excellent user experience on all sites through various administrative tasks: configuring homepages, widgets, translating betting content, testing our sites, reporting bugs.
  • You collaborate not only with other local teams (e.g. Risk & Fraud team in their analysis) or international teams, but also with external organizations.

YOUR PROFILE
  • The websites operate 24/7, so you will be available according to the department’s schedules
  • You have a good understanding of the sports betting universe (customers and competitors), mathematical and statistical logic
  • You like competition sports, player behavioural logic and the casino universe
  • You are ethical, have an analytical spirit and a good ability to prioritize
  • You are structured, thorough and a good listener
  • You know how to manage stress and accept criticism
  • You are autonomous and solution/result-oriented
  • You know how to show empathy
  • You are creative and multi-skilled
  • You have excellent spelling
  • You have at least a B2 level of English. If you know another language it is even better.
