Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in managing documentation related to design, construction, or Facility Management;
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit;
  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, Facility Management, building services, or any other related field .

Duties/role:

  • Keeping the CAD and BIM As-Built Architectural and Interiors documentation up to date for the Headquarters;
  • Coordinating with other Facility Management teams to receive As-Built documentation and ensure that this is complete and compliant with the NATO Information Management standards;
  • Developing and enriching sets of drawings to improve Facility Management operations;
  • Supporting any other duty required to managing building documentation.
