Agilent Technologies is developing a range of innovative, cloud-based software products for analysis and interpretation of human genetic data generated by its test kits. As a member of the bioinformatics software development team, you will participate in the following activities:

  • Development of software algorithms and tools for the analysis and interpretation of NGS data.
  • Analyse next-generation sequencing (NGS) data in support of ongoing assay and bioinformatics pipeline development.
  • Create and validate bioinformatics pipelines for NGS data analysis.
  • Keep track of ongoing changes and advancements in the bioinformatics landscape.
  • Encapsulate analysis pipelines in a scalable and robust production software environment.
  • Software engineering and software life cycle management.
