About the Opportunity
Join the Growth Hub BeLux team of Sanofi as a Brand Activation Lead. In this position you will be responsible for Managing and executing End2End Consumer engagement journey for a given category as well as brand management, consumer activation, CMI and innovation execution and digital and media execution. In this role, you will join us on an exciting journey of driving the category growth and execute the growth plan through collaboration.

About growing with us
In this role you will…
- Implement the category strategy for all consumer activations
- Develop consumer communication tools that supports category and customer growth plans
- Continuously identify opportunities that can win with consumers and drive future growth
- Develop strong collaboration with cross functional teams (shopper and HCP, customer, growth performance, medical, regulatory) and global teams when relevant
- Develop, align and execute all consumer activation materials for a given category, including ATL communication materials (TVCs, tags, outdoor and indoor communications, sponsorships, radio ads), all digital creative materials and media planning (yearly strategic planning, tactical plans, optimization; website content)
- Analyse market trends and activation results in order to propose action plans to maximize growth
About you
Qualifications/ Education & work experience
- Bachelor or Master degree in business or marketing
- 3+ years experience in marketing in Consumer Healthcare or FMCG
- Knowledge, experience and interest in digital channels
- Creativity, communication, innovation, leadership skills
- Oral and written fluency in Dutch, French and English
