Business Analyst and Commercial Excellence Manager Kenvue BENELUX

We are recruiting a Sales Controlling and Commercial Excellence Manager for Kenvue business in the BENELUX. The role supports the commercial business with

1. Planning, analysis, reporting and financial compliance of the revenues and budgets

2. Development of the necessary tools & systems to analyze sales force effectiveness & retail excellence

This position reports into Karsten Kloebbe and is based in Antwerp, BE.

What will you do

The role is responsible for:


1. Business Analyst

Supports Monthly Management Business Reviews

  • Supports the local monthly channel and business reviews with scorecard and data presentations to provide insights to business performances. These reviews will drive discussions on proactive business management, identify opportunities and challenges.

Revenue forecasting

  • Inputs & updates the tools and processes that support the monthly & quarterly & yearly revenue forecasting process in cooperation with local sales management teams & finance community. Provides analysis & communication of outputs.
  • Supports the improvement tools and processes to drive efficiencies across the sub-cluster. Liaises with centre of excellence in Neuss to demonstrate best practices. Removes areas of non – efficiency and standardizes ways of working.

Demand Forecasting

  • Coordinates the demand forecasting process across Belgium with key stakeholders including demand planning, key account managers and finance. Support to improve tools and data bases to drive efficiencies.
  • Consolidates & analyzes the demand & supply information & uses the data to drive efficiencies & maximize revenues.

Sales Rebates & Promotional Support

  • Supports the sales teams with reporting & management of rebate and promotional budgets and collaborates with the Centre of Excellence on reconciliations.

2. Commercial Excellence

RGM. Revenue Growth Management

  • Review sales and promotional spends with a view to optimizing trade & promotional spend in collaboration with sales and finance teams. Provide valuable recommendations to senior management.

Commercial process & Retail excellence optimization

  • Support the field sales manager to drive Sales Force Effectiveness and the customer activation manager to drive Perfect Store Execution by developing the necessary systems & tools (Power BI), driving E2E of our CRM system and analyze performance of field force & instore execution.
  • Support the field sales manager to define Route to Market Strategy by implementing Targeting & Segmentation analysis
Qualifications


What we are looking for

Qualifications:


  • 3-5 years of experience in business analytics, sales operations, sales force effectiveness, …
  • Academic studies: bachelor or master business administration, economics or similar
  • Fluency in English. Proficiency in Dutch & French.
  • Advanced analytical capability with mastery of excel, power BI etc.
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Preferable knowledge of data analysis tools – SAP, COGNOS, BW, Power BI, CRM (Mobile in

Touch)

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Structured, well-organized way of working with attention to detail
  • High propensity for collaboration & cross functional ways of working.
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Highly self – directed and proactive
