Role: Business Analyst

Location: Brussels, Belgium

Language: English and French (Both C1)

Description of the task:

The Following tasks will be performed by an external service provider:

Analysis of Business requirements and capacity to link business requirements and technical requirements
Documentation of Business and technical requirements.
Business model analysis.
Business process analysis.
Business processes modelling
Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
Risk analysis.
Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.

Knowledge and Skills:

The following knowledge are required for the performance of the above listed tasks:

Excellent knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.), relational databases and SQL
Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
Good knowledge of systems integration and API design (RESTful and SOAP APIs, JSON, and XML data formats)
Good knowledge of software testing and quality assurance, experience with test case design, manual and automated testing, knowledge of testing frameworks like Selenium.
Good knowledge of large organization administrative business processes.
Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.
Good knowledge of information systems, a previous experience and training as a developer are a strong asset.
Knowledge of software development methodologies.
