What you will do

Forecast modeling

Collect and interpret commercial data from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Analyze customer lifecycle data — including marketing responses, sales performance, and retention metrics — to identify trends and insights
Build and maintain forecast/budget models focused on customer behavior and commercial performance

Finance and business reporting

Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to provide analytical support for customer acquisition and retention initiatives
Engage with stakeholders across various functions, from sales to strategic decision-makers, to deliver meaningful insights and reports
Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure high-quality analysis
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer lifecycle and business performance
Document processes, methodologies, and findings to build a comprehensive knowledge base

Your profile

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, business analytics, data science, or a related field
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights
Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI) and advanced Excel skills
Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and data integrity
A proactive attitude and genuine interest in understanding the business to drive impactful insights
Experience in the healthcare or medical industry is a plus but not required
