Business Analyst

We’re looking for a Business Analyst

At Televic, we believe in the power of innovation, data, and collaboration. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Business Analyst who thrives on a wide range of challenges, is not afraid to step out of their comfort zone, and is eager to set new standards together with our teams.

Your Role

As our Business Analyst, you will support and challenge the various departments within Televic NV (Televic Conference and Televic Healthcare). With a robust data warehouse as our foundation, you’ll focus on unlocking intelligent insights and driving process optimization.

  • Translate business questions into analytical insights and compelling dashboards.
  • Empower teams (HR, R&D, Finance, and Operations in Belgium, Bulgaria, and the US) to make data-driven decisions.
  • Critically evaluate, redefine, and optimize internal processes for greater efficiency.
  • Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to identify needs and shape impactful improvement projects.
  • Report directly to the COO.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a corporate environment.
  • Master’s degree in an economic field (Business Engineering, Business Economics, or equivalent).
  • Advanced PowerBI skills, ODOO experience is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills, very good communicator, and a passion for process improvement.
  • Adaptable and excited to tackle diverse projects and environments.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take initiative.
