At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Analysis of Business requirements.
  • Documentation of Business requirements.
  • Business model analysis.
  • Business process analysis.
  • Business processes modelling.
  • Provide proposals for project strategies, review of project deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, problem reporting.
  • Follow-up activities in Mobile Apps office.
  • Coordinate development of the Mobile standard, together with the external stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on Mobile Solutions for different stakeholders.
  • Participate in the creation of proof of concepts, prototypes based on the organization’s Mobile Standard.
  • Participate in functional working groups and progress meetings.
  • Prepare and maintain quality plans.
  • Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
  • Risk analysis.
  • Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans.


Requirements

What will you be bringing to the team?

  • Bachelor Degree in IT or related field and at least 13 years of experience in IT.
  • Extensive experience with Mobile Apps and/or Progressive Web Apps development for Android and/or iOS.
  • Very good experience in preparing and/or chairing project meetings, preparation/organisation of conferences, presentations, creation/dissemination of relevant materials, etc.
  • Experience in running a service or operations.
  • Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
  • Good knowledge of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
  • Good knowledge of Wiki and collaborative sites.
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile).
  • Ability to cope with fast changing technologies used in mobile application architecture, design and implementation.
  • Knowledge in Design Thinking methodology will be considered as an asset.
  • Fluent in English at least at a level B2, French will be considered as an asset.
