What does the role involve?

Goodman CE is looking for a colleague to join the Ops Accelerators team, a cross functional team focused on enabling initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellence of the organization, by delivering solutions (people, process & technology) in the domains of business process re-engineering,business intelligence andinformation technology

As An Experienced Project Manager / Business Analyst In The Team You Will Take The Lead On Delivering Solutions (people, Process & Technology) To The Business By
  • Managing the project end to end (scope and quality, budget, timeline, stakeholder mgmt., change mgmt.)
  • Gathering requirements (functional & non-functional) and translating them into user stories with acceptance criteria
  • Designing, performing, and guiding end users through test scenarios
  • Developing and providing training and process support to end users
  • Assessing, documenting and designing Operating Models (people, process, , tools)
  • Acting as a key contact person for the business to gather their new project requests and improvement proposals on existing applications
  • Proactively identifying new improvement opportunities for existing processes, systems and tools
  • Ensuring sustainment of solutions
Who are we looking for?
  • You hold a master degree in Economics or engineering and you have at least 3 years of experience in technology enabled process improvement projects
  • Experience in Project Management (Prince2 or PMI certified preferred)
  • Strong analytical skills, organisational capabilities, and process orientation
  • Excellent team skills – communication, problem solving and time management
  • Ability to communicate and engage effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a diverse, multi-cultural and international environment
  • Fluent written and spoken knowledge English
  • Willingness to travel within Europe in the future (10%)
  • Experience in Agile software development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban etc.) is considered a plus
