In the role of business controller, you manage revenue and related expenses reporting for the different therapies and product groups. Ensuring control, accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of results, comparative analysis and commentary to local management and Regional Finance team is your core business.

Your assignments

• Monitor accurate, complete and timely administrative processes of sales, cost of revenue, stock, assets and reporting;
• Support the enhancement and compliance of Business Finance processes, standards and systems;
• Continuously asses end initiate internal reporting;
• Release and create materials;
• Responsible for calculation of transfer prices and setting up corresponding documentation;
• Monitor market development and trends for FMC products and Services;
• Analysis of data to translate towards commercial applications and insights;
• Advise management in strategic policy and management subjects;
• Implement and maintain the business information dashboard;
• Follow up contract management;
• Calculate business cases for new business models and products;
• Calculate cost/benefit analysis for marketing initiatives;
• Coordinate and finalize sales and cost of revenue during Business plan and forecast;
• Bring added value in exchanging crucial info on customers and products with colleagues;
• Communicate, discuss and challenge financial impacts with BU-managers. Prepare and present at meetings where financial input/commentary is required/requested.

Your profile

• Bachelor (university of applied sciences) or equivalent diploma in relevant subject matter;
• 5 years’ experience in supporting analytical function within the sales department, Finance Controller, business controller or business analyst;
• Getting energized from figures, processes, systems;
• Eager to build and improve;
• Strong analytic insights and curious for processes;
• Experience in creating /initiating numerous reportings;
• Up-to-date knowledge of IT and digitalization;
• Knowledge of IT skills, such as SAP, Excel and Power BI;
• Fluently Dutch and English (speaking and writing). Preferably French.
• Willingness to travel within the BeNeLux.
