Job description

As a Business Development Coordinator you will help to attract more business and to stimulate further growth of our company. You will coordinate the business development activities and planning of the business development team as well as document all those activities. You will also conduct related market research and strategic analysis, among other tasks. More daily tasks:

• You work closely with marketing and are a facilitator between clients, marketing, and business development.

• You help in preparing and delivering pitches, proposals, and presentations to potential partners and clients.

• You regularly analyse the competitive landscape and relevant trends in the industry.

• You ensure that all leads that receive project proposals receive a proper follow up.

• You establish and maintain good relations with our clients, making sure Achilles Design is always top-of-mind.

• You track positions and moves of key people in our client network, and establish introductions or renewed interest when a client changes company.

• You maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s products or services.

• You ensure the CRM database is up-to-date and utilize it to monitor sales and customer information.

• You prepare detailed reports on the status of current and potential business development projects.

• You assist with contract creation, negotiation, and implementation.

• You attend networking events and meetings as a representative of the company.

• You coordinate with all departments to ensure effective integration of sales strategies.

• You facilitate communication within the team and across other departments.

Your profile:

Are you passionate about design and development, and are you up for a challenge? We would like to welcome you to our team if your profile fits the following requirements:

• You have a Masters or Bachelor diploma in a relevant discipline

• You have a mature and positive personality

• You are a good planner and an excellent communicator overall

• You are able to lead the planning around business development and involve relevant seniors

• You have high ethical standards and a good sense of initiative and responsibility

• You are passionate about design and technology and you are pragmatic.

• Language skills: Dutch (very good), English (very good)
