For our client Komax, we are looking for a Business Development Manager.

Your responsibilities

prospect, initiate and track new sales projects in the market in a progressive, consistent and structural manner.

Identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships and drive the growth of medical instruments/solutions within Medical Dept.

Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to strengthen market position and achieve and increase revenue targetscontinuously be aware of trends in the medical instruments industry and conduct in-depth market analysis.

Be the face of the company and have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.

Your profile

Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field

Work experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in business development with P&L responsibilityExperience in project industry

Expertise and methodology

Affinity with engineering & automationPreparation of financial budgets, interpretation of cost management and pricing techniques

Personal competence

Strong entrepreneurial and commercial thinking with a ’Hunter’ profile

Project knowledge; methodical, structured and networked approach
