LET’S TALK ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Business Planner for EMEA region, you are responsible for supporting the Salesforce and coordinating processes and activities in line with the brand strategy, achieving Sales targets and business objectives, for the top favourite Gen-Z and Millennials brands Eastpak, JanSport and Kipling. You will be joining our Sales Operations team based in Antwerp, Belgium.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the Terms & Conditions for which concern on-invoice and off-invoice discounts:
Process discount requests via T&C (Terms & Conditions) tool
Check data accuracy in orders and discounts
Define the right Discount strategy with Channel leaders and communicate the outcome to the broader Sales Team
Dispute Management: Monitor weekly dispute report and follow up with Dispute team, Credit & Customer Service to manage the disputes for the region (with focus on price/discount discrepancy).
Liaise with Packs Sales team, Brand Finance and Central accounting dept in order to always be audit compliant for what concerns off-invoice conditions (markdowns, rebates, central billing, returns, coop).
Be responsible of the sales order entry tools:
Coordinate across department the creation and set-up of new season in the system
Maintain and update articles and customer master data
Communicate important feedback from/to agents/reps/customers Hi
Creating periodic B2B customers analysis of turnover, inventory management partnering with sales managers through sales performance indicators (Eg. Prebook vs at-once share, conversion, average basket, number of items on the order etc.)
Manage the full Product Segmentation process:
Manage the screening of products with Potoo.
Weekly report to the Salesforce on offenders and follow up with communication letters to customers, Sales team and legal.
IN ADDITION TO:
Give training to the sales team (internal and external stakeholders) related to the process and tools you will be managing (which includes the creation of presentations).
Create and manage custom reports in collaborations with Sales Operations team.
Collaborate and Coordinate activities with other departments (Product, Sales Operations, Customer Services, Marketing, …) and be a central point of contact.
SKILLS FOR SUCCESS
A University bachelor’s degree in Sales or Economics is nice to have but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements in customer service, sales operations, order management, field logistics or related fields
Experience in sales operations or in similar environment/role
You will have strong customer service skills in a similar environment
Proven experience managing reports, optimizing processes
Process excellence and ability to create SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures)
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
Prior knowledge of SAP is helpful
Excellent time management and ability to work with deadlines
Curiosity and detail oriented approach
Great organizational skills and enjoys working in a team
