We’re looking for a strong analytic profile to support the building and follow up of the Customer Operations financial five-year plan to join our team. We help mature, guide, and consolidate the necessary transformation to reach the overall Customer Operations plan. We also break down global financial targets into actionable ambitions on the most relevant level (e.g. by channel, by KPI, ...) whilst empowering others to deliver on those ambitions. The strength of Business planning is having the helicopter view of the entire business unit and being able to connect the dots between many moving parts, whilst understanding how value is created and captured.

Job content
  • You will be actively involved in the creation, communication, and follow-up of the implementation of the Customer Operations five-year plan.
  • You will help bring focus to key priorities to realize the plan and help spot opportunities.
  • You will independently lead maturation of efficiency savings ideas or concepts up to the point where it can be implemented with clear scope, levers, and quantification.
  • You will negotiate target setting with a transversal audience, often with conflicting interests.
  • You will influence agenda setting based on what is important to reach the plan.
Profile
  • You work analytically, starting from hypothesis and then systematically reducing uncertainty.
  • You can cope with high degrees of uncertainty and are able to offer different approaches depending on risk level.
  • You’re a proven communicator, with an ability to make complex matters understandable.
  • You are a good negotiator, where you can align different opinions behind common goals.
  • You can relate to the people behind the targets, their appetite for change and you are resilient to cope with resistance or setbacks.
  • You are proficient with Excel, balancing complex modelling with pragmatic models that remain understandable.
  • You see opportunities for continuous improvement.
