    jouw aanbod

    • you have 3-5 year experience in purchasing (mro purchasing experience is an advantage)
    • a secondary degree is a must
    • you have a good knowledge of ms office
    • you have a fluent knowledge of english (italian is an advantage)
    • strong communication and negotiation skills are needed
    • a technical background is a plus
    • knowledge of sap is an advantage
    • you are prepared tot travel to antwerp when required (max. 1 or 2 days a week)

    hoofdverantwoordelijkheden

    you will have the following tasks as a buyer of indirect materials:

    • you will be responsible for sourcing activities such as:
    • spend analysis
    • market analysis (information gathering)
    • supplier scouting
    • sourcing strategy definition
    • understanding the needs and “nice to have”
    • check the supplier capabilities
    • requests for quotation
    • negotiation process
    • contract management
    • relationship with suppliers
    • in addition, you will also have administrative tasks such as:
    • purchase order issuing, supplier registration, purchasing performance reporting, invoice matching issues...

    it is a temporary position until the end of the first quarter, with a possibility of extension.
