About Our Client
Our client is a renown strategy consulting firm based in Brussels.
Job Description
As Career Development Coordinator you will
- Schedule and lead the career development review process which take place eight times a year in person
- Meticulously prepare for each committee: setting agenda, preparing dossiers, ensuring all upward and downward feedback in time for the meetings
- Review all incoming evaluations to ensure quality and calibration, and to flag issues with the relevant career advisor
- Support Career adviser with Performance Improvement Plans and team with HR Operations throughout
- Work with People Managers to give them visibility of their teams’ performance
- Work with L&D and Staffing teams for latest training and staffing opportunities and to support individual action plans
- Team with Mobility and Recruiting to ensure lateral hires and transfers supported with a career advisor
The Successful Applicant
As the successful Career Development Coordinator, you have and you bring :
- You thrive in a fast-paced and client-oriented environment
- You can influence and effectively persuade
- You are self-motivated and resourceful
- You are collaborative and have strong communication skills
- Excellent judgment when dealing with sensitive people issues
- Professionals experience within a related People function (Talent, Recruiting, L&D, Staffing)
- Degree educated (Masters preferred)
- Experience with senior stakeholder management
- Knowledge of performance management/talent development desirable
- Fluent in English and French or Dutch
