Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required

  • Graduate degree in Computer and Information Systems Technology or an equivalent level of qualification or professional accreditation by a related engineering institute or professional body ;
  • Experience with Active Directory monitoring tools (I.e. ManageEngine Active Directory Monitoring, ManageEngine AD Audit Plus) ;
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in maintaining Microsoft Active Directory in large multi-forest environments .

Duties/role:

  • Installing, operating, maintaining, and centrally administering Active Directory Federation Services ;
  • Managing incidents by fixing issues reported by customers ;
  • Providing technical expertise to enable the correct execution of operational procedures.
