Position overview
As a client manager within the Practice Group Financial Institutions and Professional Services, you will be the first point of contact for our clients. Your key responsibilities entail:

  • Under instruction and direction of the Practice Leader, helping with renewal, retention and growth of existing accounts with effective client relationships and ongoing servicing needs
  • Acting as the liaison between the client and the broking team to ensure that client needs and expectations are being met
  • Provide help with complex placements in local and international markets
  • Developing and improve the day-to-day client relationship and client experience
  • Maintaining and improve client satisfaction, retention, revenue and profitability
  • Providing advice to clients on market developments and trends
  • Opportunities to grow client portfolio

Qualifications

  • University degree (Law or Economics)
  • 3 years of experience in a client facing and/or broking role within the insurance industry
  • Fluent in Dutch and French, and professional knowledge of English
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
